Chris and Whitney- Engagement
I really love love, so it was with great pleasure that I got to photograph Chris and Whitney, who are very much in love! We made our way down to Fort Steilacoom park on a blustery, cold day for our session. They were troopers with the weather!
Chris and Whitney are both wonderful, low-key people. Their engagement story matches that! It was an average night, with Whitney in sweats and putting away groceries in the pantry. She turned around to find Chris on one knee! It was the perfect proposal for them- though Whitney did admit that she had to at least paint her nails before she could show off the ring. And what a ring it is! It is absolutely what an engagement ring should be- lots of sparkles, of course!
Besides the weather, Fort Steilacoom Park was a great place for an engagement session. It offers it all- a lake, hills, fields, forest, barns, and the old ruins of the Western State Hospital. It is a beautiful place for a variety of pictures!
